Beatrice Rake

Beatrice Rake, a native of Oshkosh, was impressed by the nursing care she observed while volunteering at Mercy Medical Center. After learning that many of the nurses she encountered had received their education at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh, Beatrice set up a bequest to establish the Beatrice Rake Scholarship. The scholarship was established after her death in 2006.
