Family and Friends of Carl Chapman
The Carl Chapman Choral Scholarship was established in honor of Dr. Chapman’s retirement from UW Oshkosh in 2012 after 31 years of service. The establishment of the scholarship was a surprise for Carl and was announced at his final choral concert. Through this scholarship, his colleagues and former students hope that Dr. Chapman will continue to inspire students long after his retirement.
Dr. Carl Chapman (1947-2021) was the former chair of the department of music and choral director. He was the founder and conductor of the Oshkosh Chamber Singers.
