Family and Friends of Harvey McKenzie

The Harvey C. McKenzie Math Award was initially created by the Department of Mathematics in honor of Dr. McKenzie. After his passing, his sisters, Rosabel and Jessie McKenzie, contributed funding to establish an endowment fund so that Harvey’s name could live on indefinitely. Dr. Harvey McKenzie was a UW Oshkosh faculty member from 1968 until his retirement in 1980. He earned bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Ph.D. from the University of Colorado.
