Family and Friends of Rebecca Ruth Collins-Payne

This scholarship fund was established by the UW-Oshkosh Foundation in honor of Becky Payne’s retirement in 2015. Becky worked closely with the Foundation, serving as the director of operations for the Office of Advancement. She received a bachelor’s degree from UW-Oshkosh in 2000.
