Frank Church

Frank Church is a retired news director of UW-Oshkosh’s University Integrated Marketing and Communications department. He worked at UW-Oshkosh from 1983 to 2007. He established the Hilda Swanson Memorial Nursing Scholarship in honor his mother. Hilda Swanson (1902-1984) was a truly caring, compassionate woman and nurse.
