Frank Church

Frank Church is a retired news director of UW Oshkosh’s University Integrated Marketing and Communications department. He worked at UW Oshkosh from 1983 to 2007. He established the Hilda Swanson Memorial Nursing Scholarship in honor his mother. Hilda Swanson (1902-1984) was a truly caring, compassionate woman and nurse.
