Louise Wagner

Louise M. (Bombinski) Wagner received a bachelor of science degree in lower elementary education from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh in 1968. A former teacher who continues to volunteer as a reading tutor, she recognizes the importance of education and knowledge in achieving success. She established the Louise M. (Bombinski) Wagner Scholarship in 1996 to support incoming freshmen who graduated from Berlin High School.
