Lovella Wallace

Lovella Wallace graduated from Waterville High School in 1942 and attended Business College in Toledo, Ohio. Lovella married Dr. Irving Wallace in 1944 and they settled in Oshkosh, WI in 1962. Lovella worked at Bethel Home and Irving accepted a position in the economics department at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh. He retired in 1982 as a faculty member in the College of Business. Irving received a bachelor’s degree, master’s degree, and a Ph.D. from the University of Minnesota. Irving passed away in 1990 and Lovella in 2009.

Lovella established the Irving H. Wallace Scholarship in 1999 in memory of her husband to support undergraduate students with financial need.
