Patricia Muehrer
Patricia Muehrer received education degrees from UW Oshkosh in 1944 and 1946. Patricia worked as a school teacher for many years. She established the Norman Muehrer Scholarship in 2007, in memory of her husband, Norman. Patricia passed away in 2014.
Norman, a native of Oshkosh, Wisconsin, attended UW-Madison after fighting in World War II. He graduated in 1947 with a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering. Norman worked for Northern Indiana Public Services Company in Hammond, Indiana for 35 years as a substation engineer supervisor, managing construction crews and projects. He retired to Knox, Indiana in 1996 and passed away in 2006.
