Russell Katzman

Russell “Russ” Katzman graduated from UW Oshkosh 1997 with a BBA in accounting. He owns a successful Executive Mentorship and Business Coaching practice. Russ created the Robert L. Katzman Sr. Memorial Scholarship in 2021 in honor of his father, Bob. The hope of this scholarship is to help ease the educational burden on those looking to create their own entrepreneurial legacy.

Robert “Bob” L. Katzman, Sr. graced this world with his presence from 1934 to 1999. Bob spent his life serving Wisconsin’s agriculture industry, first through his own homestead, then through more than 20 years of selling animal nutrition supplements to our state’s farmers. During those years, he roamed the countryside, bringing his own unique blend of unrivaled industry knowledge, seasoned empathy, and an uncanny sense of humor. Bob’s commitment to hard work, his persistence to see a job through, and his love for his family are characteristics to be admired by any business owner.
