Sally & Bernie Killoran

Bernie Killoran (1930-2010) graduated from UW Oshkosh in 1953. Bernie’s wife, Sally, graduated from UW-Madison, also in 1953. They both received a master’s degree from the University of Northern Colorado, Greeley in 1959. Bernie taught 5th grade in Green Bay for 40 years. He also published a book titled “Teaching the Night Sky.” Sally was an art teacher in both Illinois and Green Bay.

Sally and Bernie established the Sally and Bernie Killoran Education Scholarship in 2000 and the Sally and Bernie Killoran Nursing Scholarship in 2003 in appreciation for Bernie’s education at UW Oshkosh. They believe education and health are two key factors for a qualify life.
