Steven Locke

Steven Locke graduated from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh in 1966 with a bachelor’s degree in history. He established the Sarah Manis Locke Scholarship in memory of his mother, Sarah, in 1986.

Sarah Manis Locke was an assistant clerk of courts in Fond du Lac for about 16 years, serving under six judges. She was a former member of the Fond du Lac County Board of Supervisors. As a member of the Fond du Lac Community Theatre, she received the Wisconsin Amateur Actress of the Year Award. She also volunteered as a counselor at the Fond du Lac Senior Citizens Center. She passed away in 1991.
