Winnebago Countywide Crime Stoppers

Winnebago Countywide Crime Stoppers is a 501©(3) nonprofit organization that serves as a cooperative effort between law enforcement agencies, the business community, the news media, and the public, which provides law enforcement agencies with the information they need to solve crimes. They established the Winnebago Countywide Crime Stoppers Scholarship in 2019 to encourage local students to complete a degree in criminal justice and pursue a career in crime reduction and/or prevention.
