WI Public Risk Management Association Scholarship

The WI Public Risk Management Association (PRIMA) offers two scholarships annually to undergraduate students meeting the following criteria:

• Enrolled in a college or university in the state of Wisconsin
• Pursuing a degree in insurance, risk management, safety, human resources, actuarial services, or a similar program
• Completed at least one complete year of post-secondary schooling
• Maintain a cumulative GPA of 2.5 or better

One student will be selected to receive a $1,500 scholarship. Another student will be selected to receive a $3,500 scholarship and will be named a member of the Wisconsin PRIMA Board of Directors, which will include the following opportunities:

• Active voting member of Board of Directors for a one year period
• Attend full day Board Retreat in the summer
• Participate regular virtual board meetings
• Attend quarterly membership meetings in person or virtually
• Assigned to scholarship committee to improve the program and select future award winners
