Ken & Mable Schaefer Scholarship

This scholarship is awarded to UWO students who meet the following criteria:

  • Enrollment Status: Full-time undergraduate
  • Declared Major: Any bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 2.5 GPA. GPA is not a consideration beyond meeting the minimum requirement.
  • Grade Level: Freshman, Sophomore, or Junior
  • Must have financial need based on the FAFSA
  • Must have graduated from a high school in Oshkosh, WI
  • Previous recipients are eligible to apply. However, students may only receive the award two times.

Selection is based on financial need.

Award Payment: Split evenly between Fall 2026 & Spring 2027. If the recipient is not enrolled in the required number of credits for the indicated semester, the award payment will be forfeited.
