Dr. Thomas & Suzanne Zoch Scholarship

This scholarship is awarded to UWO students who meet the following criteria:

• Enrollment Status: Full-time undergraduate
• Declared Pre-Professional Program: PP-Medicine, PP-Dentistry, PP-Optometry, PP-Occupational Therapy, PP-Physical Therapy, PP-Physician’s Assistant, or a related pre-professional program
• Minimum 3.0 GPA
• Grade Level: Junior or Senior
• Must be committed to a career as a healthcare professional and be continuing their education at a professional or medical school
• Previous recipients are not eligible to apply

Selection is primarily based on the applicant’s promise and potential to succeed in their anticipated career in healthcare. Academic achievement is of secondary consideration.

Award Payment: Fall 2026. If the recipient is not enrolled in the required number of credits for the indicated semester, the award payment will be forfeited.
