First Generation Scholarship

This scholarship is awarded to UWO students who meet the following criteria:

• Admit Term: Fall 2026 or Summer 2026
• Admit Type: Incoming Freshman
• Enrollment Status: Full-time upon enrollment
• Intended Major: Any Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum 2.5 high school GPA
• Must have financial need based on the FAFSA
• Must be a first-generation college student

Selection is based on financial need and academic achievement.

Award Payment: Split evenly between Fall 2026 & Spring 2027. If the recipient is not enrolled in the required number of credits for the indicated semester, the award payment will be forfeited.
