Erwin G. Ackerman Scholarship

This scholarship is awarded to UWO students who meet the following criteria:

• Admit Term: Summer 2026 or Fall 2026
• Admit Type: High School Senior
• Enrollment Status: Full-time upon enrollment
• Intended Major: Engineering or Engineering Technology
• Must be graduating from a high school in Oshkosh, WI
• Must have a strong academic record

Selection is based on academic achievement. Financial need is not a consideration.

Award Payment: Split evenly between Fall 2026 & Spring 2027. If the recipient is not enrolled in the required number of credits for the indicated semester, the award payment will be forfeited.

Award Renewal: Recipients are eligible to receive one award renewal beyond the initial installment provided they meet the following criteria:

• Maintain full-time enrollment at UWO
• Maintain a minimum 2.5 GPA
• Continue to pursue an Engineering or Engineering Technology major
• Sufficient funding is available to support award renewal
