Bob Kemper Scholarship

This scholarship, administered by the Friends of the Neuschafer Community Library, is awarded to graduates of Weyauwega-Fremont High School who continue their education at UW-Oshkosh. Applicant must have completed a semester at UWO within the past year. All eligible applicants receive an award.
