Halsey Memorial Scholarship

This scholarship was established in memory of Rufus Halsey, President of Oshkosh Normal School from 1899 to 1907. It is awarded to a graduate of a public high school in Oshkosh, Wisconsin, who will attend or is attending UW Oshkosh pursuing a major in the Teacher Education Program. The award is renewable for a total of four years, provided the recipient earns a cumulative grade-point average of 2.0 or greater, maintains full-time enrollment and funding is available.
