Daniel W. Raaf Scholarship
This scholarship was established by Daniel W. Raaf, professor at UW Oshkosh from 1967 to 1987. Applicant must be a full-time undergraduate student at the Oshkosh campus with a declared major in one of the following areas in the College of Letters and Science: art, computer science, English, foreign languages, geography, geology, biology, microbiology, chemistry, mathematics, music, physics and astronomy. Applicant must achieve at least sophomore standing by the fall semester of the following academic year. Applicant must file the FAFSA and qualify for need-based grants. Applicant must have a cumulative UW Oshkosh grade-point average of at least 2.9. Recipients must meet the above criteria at the time of application and at the time they receive the monetary award. Recipient must be returning for the full academic year following the year of application in order to receive the entire award amount. If the recipient graduates in fall, the spring installment will be forfeited. Previous recipients are eligible to apply.
