Robert H. and Randall K. Zentner Music Scholarship

This scholarship was established at the Oshkosh Area Community Foundation in 2016 by Randall K. Zentner, a 1978 music education graduate of UW Oshkosh, long-time Oshkosh music educator and life-long advocate for public education and UW Oshkosh. The scholarship is named, in part, in honor of his father, Robert H. Zentner, who supported education and was proud of his son’s educational accomplishments.

This scholarship is available to full-time undergraduate students majoring in music or music education at the UW Oshkosh, Oshkosh campus. Preference will be given to music education majors. Applicants must have a minimum 3.0 GPA on all coursework. Applicant must have a high level of musical participation and service, commitment to excellence and improvement in their voice or instrumental performance and dedication to their area of professional study. Applicant must have excelled academically as well as demonstrate outstanding leadership qualities. Financial need may be considered. Students must be enrolled in Fall 2021 in order to receive the award payout.
