Dr. Joan L. Simmons Scholarship

This scholarship was established by Dr. James Simmons in memory of his wife, Dr. Joan Simmons, a tenured associate professor and former chair of the Department of Literacy and Language at UW Oshkosh. Dr. Simmons established this scholarship so Joan’s memory lives on through other teachers.
