SOEHS Impact Grant

Emergency scholarships are awarded based on the general Emergency Scholarship Application in AcademicWorks.

This scholarship is awarded to UWO students who meet the following criteria:

• Enrollment Status: Minimum nine credits
• Declared Major: Any bachelor’s or master’s degree program within the School of Education & Human Services
• Must have an emergency, short-term need for funding for the Fall 2025 semester
• Emergency funding must be used for education-related expenses, such as tuition and fees, books, housing, or other reasonable educational expenses. However, students may qualify for funding due to a personal emergency (e.g. financial crisis, health crisis – personally or within their immediate family, home or apartment fire, or accident)
• Emergency funding is meant to assist with a one-time expense, not ongoing financial needs
