Elmer Leach Foundation Undergraduate Student Award

This scholarship is awarded to UWO students who meet the following criteria:

• Enrollment Status: Full-time undergraduate
• Declared Major: BSN (traditional program), must be officially admitted to the Nursing Program
• Grade Level: Sophomore, Junior, or Senior; Preference will be given to sophomores
• Must have financial need based on the FAFSA
• Must have earned satisfactory grades in college work (not less than C average)
• Previous recipients are eligible to apply. However, students may only receive the award two times.

Selection is based on financial need.

Award Payment: Fall 2026. If the recipient is not enrolled in the required number of credits for the indicated semester, the award payment will be forfeited.
