Vernon Memorial Healthcare Scholarship

The Vernon Memorial Healthcare Foundation, Inc and the Friends of Vernon Memorial Healthcare offer several scholarships to financially assist students pursuing medical, nursing, and other healthcare related careers. Qualified applicants must meet the following criteria:

• must be currently enrolled in a degree program in a healthcare-related field
• must have completed at least two years of study in their bachelor’s degree program
• must have achieved a minimum 3.0 GPA for the academic year immediately prior to application
• preference will be given to applicants from the Vernon Memorial Healthcare service area with goals of working in healthcare careers supported by Vernon Memorial Healthcare or rural health care
• previous scholarship award recipients are eligible to reapply
