Titans Promise Transfer Scholarship

This scholarship is given to incoming transfer students who are admitted to the Oshkosh campus for Fall 2025. Students transferring from the Fox Cities campus are not eligible. Applicant must have at least 12 transfer credits earned, but no more than 90 transfer credits earned or in progress at the time of application. Applicant must have a minimum 2.75 transfer GPA. Selection is based on a holistic approach that considers the applicant’s academic history and grade-point average, extracurricular participation, community involvement, and financial need. Priority may be given to students who have financial need based on the FAFSA, students who are first generation college students, and those who excel academically. Recipient must enroll full-time in order to receive the award. Recipient must be enrolled full-time in Fall 2025 to receive the award payment.
