Joan Luce Scholarship for Orchestral Strings

This award is given to students enrolled at or accepted for admission to the Oshkosh campus. Recipient must have a declared major or minor in music or music education with their primary applied instrument as orchestral strings (defined as violin, viola, cello, double bass, or harp). Preference will be given to music or music education majors. This award is given at the discretion of the UW Oshkosh Music Department based on the student’s audition; no application is required for this award. This award will be split evenly between the Fall 2024 and Spring 2025 semesters. If the recipient is not enrolled in the spring semester, the second installment will be forfeited.
