Rebecca Ruth Collins-Payne Continuing Education Scholarship
Applicant must be a full- or half-time undergraduate student enrolled at the Oshkosh campus. Applicant may be pursuing a degree in any area of study and must have completed at least one semester at UW Oshkosh. Applicant must be a non-traditional student (defined as age 25 or older). This award will be paid out in Fall 2024.
