Gladys Roskom Excellence in Elementary Education Scholarship

Applicant must be a full-time undergraduate student enrolled at the Oshkosh campus. Applicant must have been admitted, or have applied for fall admission, to the Teacher Education Program and must be majoring in elementary education. Applicant must have a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA and must demonstrate financial need based on the FAFSA. Applicant must be student teaching in the semester the award is paid out. Selection is primarily based on the applicant’s desire to become an elementary school teacher and their wish to have a positive impact on young children. Applicants who have graduated from the Kimberly School District will be given special consideration in the selection process. This award will be paid out in Fall 2024 or Spring 2025, depending on the semester in which the recipient is graduating.
