Virginia C. Wagener Memorial Scholarship

Applicant must be a full- or half-time graduate or undergraduate student enrolled at the Oshkosh campus. Applicant must demonstrate financial need based on the FAFSA and must not qualify for need-based grants (loans are acceptable). This award will be paid out in Fall 2025.
