E. Garner Horton Memorial Scholarship

Applicant must be a full-time undergraduate student enrolled at the Oshkosh campus. Applicant must be a public relations major or journalism major in the advertising-public relations emphasis, with a strong interest in becoming a public relations practitioner. Applicant must have a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA and must have at least sophomore standing. Applicant must exhibit an understanding of and a commitment to the professional standards that are expected of PR practitioners. This award will be paid out in Fall 2025.
