Wolfgang P. Kowalski Scholarship

This scholarship is awarded to UWO students who meet the following criteria:

• Admit Term: Summer 2026 or Fall 2026
• Grade Level: High School Senior
• Enrollment Status: Full-time upon enrollment
• Intended Major: Any Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum 2.5 high school GPA
• First preference will be given to students graduating from Gibraltar High School in Fish Creek, WI
• Preference will be given to students who demonstrate a zest for life and an entrepreneurial tendency

The application and selection process is managed by Gibraltar High School. If there are no qualified applicants from Gibraltar High School, a previous recipients’ award may be renewed. If a renewal is not possible, students graduating from any high school in Oshkosh, WI may be considered for the award.

Award Payment: Fall 2026. If the recipient is not enrolled in the required number of credits for the indicated semester, the award payment will be forfeited.
