Don and Rose Kutchera Scholarship

This scholarship is awarded to UWO students who meet the following criteria:

• Admit Term: Summer 2026 or Fall 2026
• Admit Type: Incoming Freshman
• Enrollment Status: Full- or part-time upon enrollment
• Intended Major: Any Bachelor’s Degree
• Must be a resident of Oshkosh, WI and must have attended a high school in Oshkosh, WI
• Must have participated in a diverse mixture of extracurricular activities (excluding athletics) and must have participated in community service activities outside of their high school
• Must have a good academic record
• Must have financial need based on a statement

Selection is based on academic achievement, financial need, and participation in extracurricular and volunteer activities. Due to NCAA Division III regulations, athletic leadership, ability, participation, or performance cannot be considered in the awarding of scholarships.

Award Payment: Fall 2026. If the recipient is not enrolled in the required number of credits for the indicated semester, the award payment will be forfeited.
