LTC Paul R. Bartz Leadership Award

This scholarship is awarded to UWO students who meet the following criteria:

  • Enrollment Status: Full- or part-time undergraduate
  • Declared Major: Any Bachelor’s Degree
  • Must be a third-year cadet in the ROTC program

No application is required for this award. Selection is based on a commitment to an Army career and a concern for helping fellow cadets.

Award Payment: Spring 2026. If the recipient is not enrolled in the required number of credits for the indicated semester, the award payment will be forfeited.
