Don and Rose Kutchera Scholarship

This scholarship was established to promote community participation. The applicant must be an incoming freshmen admitted to the Oshkosh campus for Summer 2023 or Fall 2023. Applicant must be a resident of Oshkosh, WI and must have attended a high school in Oshkosh, WI. Applicant must have participated in a diverse mixture of extracurricular activities (excluding athletics) and must have participated in community service activities outside of their high school. Applicant must have a good academic record. Financial need based on an essay will be a consideration in selection. This award will be paid out in Fall 2023.
