Richard & Phyllis Frederick Elementary Education Scholarship

This scholarship was established by Phyllis Frederick ’52 in order to support students who are pursuing their dream of becoming a teacher. Applicant must be an undergraduate student enrolled at the Oshkosh campus. Applicant must have been admitted, or have applied for fall admission, to the Teacher Education Program. Applicant must be majoring in elementary education. Applicant must have at least junior standing and must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.5. This award will be paid out in Fall 2023.
