Michael D. Wachtel Memorial Scholarship

Applicant must be an incoming freshman admitted to the Oshkosh campus for Summer 2025 or Fall 2025. Applicant must file the FAFSA; the award will not exceed the applicant’s financial need. Applicant must have a superior record in high school. However, the recipient need not be the highest-achieving student academically, but shall be hardworking and motivated. Recipient must enroll full-time to receive the award payment. The award is renewable for a total of four years granted the recipient makes reasonable progress toward completing their degree, is actively engaged in community or university service, and funding is available.
